I am certified in EMDR and have spent a great deal of time studying trauma-informed care, BrainSpotting, IFS, DBT, and the Gottman Method—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Different tools work for different people, and part of my job is figuring out what clicks for you. Some people need structure and strategies, others need space to process, and most of us need a mix of both. Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or just feeling lost, we’ll figure out a way forward together. My goal isn’t to “fix” you (because you aren’t broken). It’s to help you trust yourself again, find your strength, and create a life that actually feels good to live.
